Who we are

Tervior Technologies Ltda. is the data controller for this site. Questions about this policy or about the data we hold can be sent to contato@tervior.com.

Data we collect

Contact form (/contato): name, email, company (optional), subject, and message, sent by email to our team through a delivery provider (Brevo).

Analytics, only with your consent: page views, clicks on call-to-action buttons, success or failure of the contact form submission, and the theme preference (light, dark, or system) you choose — collected via Firebase Analytics (Google).

Technical preferences saved in your browser: your chosen theme and your response to the cookie notice, stored locally (localStorage) only to remember your choice — not used for tracking.

Legal basis and consent

We process contact form data based on your legitimate interest in reaching Tervior — without it, we can't respond.

Analytics data is only collected with your explicit consent, given via the notice shown on your first visit. You can decline, or change your mind later by clearing this site's browsing data in your browser — that will show the notice again.

Who we share data with

We use the following providers to operate the site, who process data on our behalf: Google (Firebase — hosting, and Firebase Analytics, when you consent), and Brevo (delivery of the email generated by the contact form). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or for the period required by law, whichever is longer.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (and similar frameworks elsewhere), you can request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated data, deletion of your data, and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@tervior.com.

Cookies and similar technologies

Beyond the technical preferences described above (theme and cookie notice response), when you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognize visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; this does not prevent you from using the site.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
